Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. I have held a trauma-informed private practice seeing children and adults since 2017. I am a licensed social worker in good standing with the Order of Social workers and couple and family therapists of Quebec (OTSTCFQ). I also hold a virtual license as a social worker and psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I am currently open to seeing couples as part of my supervised hours towards my psychotherapy permit in Quebec through the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ).
Approach
Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a trauma-informed social worker and drama therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals and couples navigate challenges with compassion, creativity, and clarity. Since 2017, I’ve been in private practice supporting clients through the healing and growth process. I hold two clinical master’s degrees—one in Social Work and one in Creative Arts Therapies (Drama Therapy). In Ontario, I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), and in Quebec, I practice under the Order of Social Workers and Couple and Family Therapists (OTSTCFQ). I am currently completing additional supervised training to
obtain my psychotherapy permit in Quebec, with a special focus on couple therapy from Fall 2025 through Summer 2026.
For couples, my approach is collaborative, grounded, and emotionally attuned. My current clinical focus is supporting couples who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed—whether you're navigating parenting stress, communication breakdowns, trauma histories, or life transitions. Together, we’ll create space for emotional safety, curiosity, healthy communication and repair. My goal is to help couples deepen understanding, repair connection, and navigate relationship stress in a regulation-promoting, communicative and non-judgmental space. If you’re curious about working together, I’d be honoured to connect.
