I offer virtual counselling to young adults and adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, body image concerns, relationship difficulties, and the stressors of daily life. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and strength-based, and I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support clients in developing healthier thought patterns and coping strategies. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore, reflect, and grow.
