Currently completing my doctoral studies at McGill University, I specialize in conducting psychoeducational assessments to understand how children and adults learn, perceive the world around them, and navigate their emotions. Assessments are tailored to your unique questions and needs. I take a holistic approach to understanding each individual’s strengths, challenges, and how these affect emotional and social wellbeing.
Chia
Therapy Dog
Hey there, I'm Chia, the cautious adventurer. It takes me a little time to trust new folks, but once I do, I'll happily curl up beside them on the couch for a cozy nap. I'm quite the high jumper, and food is my weakness – I'll eat almost anything! Sometimes, I get a bit anxious about new things, but I'm a smart pup who knows that some new experiences can be scary.
Tali Benaroch
Clinical Social Worker & Cofounder
I specialize in providing therapy for adolescents and young adults. My areas of clinical expertise encompass a wide range of challenges including anxiety and depression, eating disorders, emotion regulation, grief and loss, life transitions, adjustment difficulties, and trauma. Through my therapeutic practice, I actively engage with clients, offering a safe and compassionate space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I utilize evidence-based techniques to empower clients and guide them towards healing, growth, and improved well-being.

Ralph
Therapy Dog
Hi, I'm Ralph! I'm the most lovable furry friend you'll ever meet! At three years old, I'm in the prime of my doggy life, and I'm here to bring joy to your sessions. I'm known for being incredibly affectionate and cuddly, making me the perfect companion for those seeking comfort and warmth. With a heart as big as my furry paws, I'm very friendly and absolutely adore meeting new people. To know me is to love me, and I can't wait to make new friends and share my love with everyone I meet.
Molly
Therapy Dog
Greetings, I'm Molly! I've been spreading love and joy for 11 wonderful years. My favorite pastime is snuggling up on my clients' laps to get those precious pets. I'm a bit of a foodie too, always throwing my kibble in the air for a fun game. High fives are my specialty, and while I can't quite jump on the couch anymore, I patiently wait for a lift. I do snore, but I'm a good sport about being woken up. I adore giving kisses to everyone, but I'm totally cool if you prefer not to receive them.
